Getting the most out of a pickup

Group what’s going in one place if you can. For lake properties, take photos from the street and from the items so the crew can see the full route, including any stairs down to a dock or a slope behind the house. If a boat trailer, RV or car blocks the drive, move it before the crew arrives. For HOA neighborhoods, check the rules on work vehicles and curb staging and include them in your request.

If the clear-out is part of selling a home, tell us the listing or closing date. We pass deadlines on so the crew can tell you right away whether they can make it.

What we don’t do

Everett Junk Pickup doesn’t haul, load or dispose of anything, and we don’t set prices or take payment for the work. We connect you with an independent crew, and the agreement is between you and that crew.

Donation and recycling

Usable furniture, tools and outdoor gear can sometimes be donated, and scrap metal and appliances can often be recycled. Practices differ from crew to crew, so ask what happens to your items. If donation matters to you, mention it in your request and set those pieces apart from the rest of the pile so they’re easy to spot.
